Can services like Amazon Lex and Polly be used?

Hi,

While Amazon Lex and other services definitely enhances the bot, I don't know what your definition of drag and drop is.

Can Amazon Lex be used along with Lambda for business logic? Or do you want a custom bot developed from scratch and only for Facebook (Messenger) Platform.

  "Drag and drop" means solutions that allow you to create a messenger bot without writing any code. Hope this helps!
